Brief Description
In the framework of the Women's Agenda, President Sebastián Piñera signed the Presidential Instruction on Equal Opportunities and Prevention and Punishment of Abuse, Work and Sexual Harassment, Gab. Pres. No. 006 (2018), which seeks to promote and guarantee equal rights between men and women and raise the requirements of the provisions on prevention, denunciation, investigation and punishment of abuse, labor and sexual harassment in the Central Administration of the State.
